Open every day of the week, the kitchen of the restaurant Giallo Modena offers a genuine gastronomic proposal that reflects the tradition of Emilia, with the use of high quality raw materials, combined with the skill and creativity of the Chef and Sommelier William Lenzotti and the Chef Alberto Capitani.
In the proposed menu, which respects the seasonality of ingredients, triumph the typical products such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory HOMBRE, Prosciutto di Modena and traditional balsamic vinegar, extra virgin dop Cartoceto, in a symphony of flavors that recount a kitchen, the Emilian, recently defined by Forbes magazine as the best kitchen of the planet, for the typical products that it employs and the delights that offers linked to fresh pasta and bread.
The whole offer of the card is excellent; it offers various handmade pasta, like "tortellini Mrs. Cesira", made with the same recipe of what once were served at the table of Enzo Ferrari, the tortelloni with spinach and Cinghianello ricotta, tagliatelle with meat sauce Modena. Among the main meals triumph fine meats accompanied by side dishes of tradition, but also vegetarian dishes born from the imagination of the Chef. Rounding out the menu fabulous desserts, including trifle, a pudding made of layers of pastry cream and cocoa, interspersed with ladyfingers soaked in liqueur Alkermes.
Also the wine list is notable; starting from the different types of Lambrusco DOC, it offers the best products of Cantine Cottages and Masi, in combination with the menus.
In the restaurant are also served dishes dedicated to the taste of children and it is possible to consume meals gluten free.
