Lenzotti Wiliam, Modena, Chef and Sommelier is in command of the kitchen. After a long experience as a Chef and researcher for a large company that deals with food, he decided to take over the restaurant Il Salone dei Cocchieri Sassuolo, located in front of the Palazzo Ducale, which is still under his direction, and got gratifying successes and great reviews on the best food guides.
The reception is headed by Donatella Galvani who coordinates the organization, catering for events and knows how to advise and give attention to the custumers.
Sassuolo birth, born in 1979 and graduated from the Hotel School of Serramazzoni in 1995.
He lends his work in several restaurants and catering of the territory before joining the staff of the Chef Lenzotti in 2012.
